In charge of all aspects of maintenance, staff, deliveries and service.
Lord Whitton is very demanding and requires everything done absolutely perfectly. Service was an extremely important part of the day and took a long time to prepare.
A Michelin Star Chef was employed full time by Lord Whitton, he prepared 3 meals per day for two people.
Silver Service was taken to another level, a michelin star chef, a buttler, two under buttlers for assistance and porting
